Vendor Responsibilities Vendors are responsible for: - Ensuring lawful use of the platform. - Obtaining customer consent before messaging. - Maintaining accurate business information. - Complying with WhatsApp and Meta policies. 2. Customer Data Vendors retain ownership of customer data they upload. Vendors warrant that they have all required rights and permissions. 3. Prohibited Activities Vendors shall not: - Send spam. - Promote illegal products or services. - Use misleading business practices. - Violate intellectual property rights. 4. Compliance Vendors must comply with all applicable privacy, marketing, telecommunications, and consumer protection laws. 5. Service Suspension Boost Up Reach reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts for policy violations, abuse, excessive complaints, or regulatory concerns. 6. Fees Vendor subscriptions and usage fees are governed by the selected pricing plan. 7. Intellectual Property All software, trademarks, branding, and platform technology remain the property of Boost Up Reach. 8. Disclaimer Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 9. Limitation of Liability Boost Up Reach shall not be responsible for losses arising from vendor misuse, third-party outages, or policy enforcement by Meta or WhatsApp. 10.
